Refund and Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available if the customer establishes that the product was damaged upon arrival or was not what they ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges must be requested within 15 days after receiving the order.

Non-Exchangeable Items We do not accept exchanges for:

-Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

-Items without original tags and packaging.

-Items returned after 15 days of delivery.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If approved, we will send a replacement product to you.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Returns To return your product for an exchange, please mail your product to: Unit #47, Neelkanth Industrial Park, Vatva, Ahmedabad-382440.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
