Cancellation requests:

Cancellation requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled.

How to Cancel:

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Process:

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the product does not match the description on our website, you may request a refund or replacement However the refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
